Networks & System Technician

Location: Oxfordshire, UK

Salary: £30,000

Our client is looking for technician to join their team of specialists providing Windows on-premise and cloud support to internal users within business.

Successful candidates would be expected to show:

• Experience supporting diverse Windows-based environments (workstations, servers, cloud deployments)
• Awareness of ITIL framework and its business applications (ITIL Foundation certificate or completed training preferable)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common computer network problems (CCENT / CCNA certification or level of knowledge preferable)
• Commitment and interest in fully resolving technical queries / root-cause analysis beyond simply meeting SLA / KPI targets

Due to nature of this role full-time office presence and occasional visits to branch offices will be required.
