Our client is a Managed Services Provider looking to recruit experienced 2nd line IT Support Technicians.

Successful candidates will be expected to show:

At least 1 year of previous business experience as in-house IT support team member or working for MSP
At least 1 professional certification in Microsoft / Cisco / Juniper recognized course or comparable level of knowledge during interview
Knowledge of essential security practices (principles of least privilege, social engineering prevention, firewall operation principles)
Friendly and open manner of interacting with current and prospective clients during phone support calls and video conferencing
Commitment to personal & professional development (any)
Abilility or previous experience of mentoring junior members of staff (1st line support or apprentices)

Fully remote working arrangements are available for this role, with occasional office presence required for new staff inductions and team training.
